This is not a comprehensive list, nor is it authoritative. It has been generated from items held by the State Library of Queensland and its databases, from library catalogues of Queensland University of Technology, University of Queensland and the National Library, and the world-wide web. More specific readings will be found in specialist databases accessible by registered users. Jill Don, April 2012
